Aya completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University and went on to complete her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Over the course of her education, she has worked with clients in acute care, inpatient spinal cord injury rehabilitation and in a private neurological physiotherapy clinic. She continues to further her learning in neuro physiotherapy and intends on pursuing additional training in the Bobath Concept. Aya emphasizes the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients and tailoring treatment plans to their individual needs.

In her spare time, Aya enjoys spending time outdoors, making puzzles, travelling and spending time with family, friends, and her dog.
