Skyler completed his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University. He then went on to work as a group exercise instructor for the elderly. He later began working as a physiotherapy assistant for orthopaedic clinics before pursuing a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy degree at the University of Liverpool. During this degree, Skyler completed placements in community paediatrics and a stroke early-supported discharge team, going on to write his dissertation with a focus on stroke rehabilitation. Skyler is currently on the journey to become a licensed Physiotherapist and plans to continue working with neurological populations and pursue additional training once registered.

Skyler is passionate about exercise and living to the best of your capabilities, aiming to work alongside therapists to achieve this. He uses a holistic perspective with clients and values building connections through collaboration.

In his spare time, Skyler keeps active through boxing, weightlifting, and running, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
