Stephanie Hadi

Stephanie is an Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience in neurorehabilitation, specializing in a wide range of conditions such as spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Guillain-Barré syndrome. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from the University of Waterloo. Her professional journey has been marked by significant roles at Toronto Rehab Lyndhurst Centre and Providence Healthcare, where she honed her passion for neurorehabilitation.
Stephanie’s expertise includes a diverse array of therapeutic techniques for neurorecovery. She has advanced training and certification in neurodevelopmental treatments (NDT), Bobath concept, neuromuscular and functional electrical stimulation therapies, and K-taping. She is also an Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Authorizer for seating and mobility devices.
Stephanie adopts a personalized, evidence-based approach to therapy, emphasizing the enhancement of independence through addressing physical and psychological recovery, and the removal of environmental or task-related barriers. Her holistic treatment plans are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient, ensuring a comprehensive and empowering rehabilitation experience.
